​At Church Road Dental Care Centre we offer first class care and are proud to be your local dentists in Teddington. We aim to achieve good oral health for you and your family through preventative dentistry and long term dental maintenance.
Over the last decade we have increased the scope of the treatments we can offer to our patients. This includes surgical treatments, Dental implants, Periodontal treatments, orthodontics and full mouth rehabilitation. And now we are providing high quality Facial Aesthetics in Teddington.
​We are a highly professional, experienced team, with up to date knowledge and technology based in the heart of Teddington.
For many years we have restoring teeth with same day Cerec porcelain restorations. Now we can also offer Trios 3-shape digital intra-oral scanning to avoid the use of wet impressions for many other treatments. ​

We are happy to see all adult patients on a private basis, and child patients can be seen by our team on the NHS. Learn more about our children's NHS dental service.

Dr Ben Griffith
Practice Prinicipal and Partner
(81072 BDS Lond 2002, MSc Dental Implantology Bristol)
Qualified from St Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2002. For many years Ben worked in London, Brighton and Surrey in preparation for his practice at Church Road Dental Care Centre. He has gained a wealth of experience in Restorative dental practice and Surgical dentistry. Ben achieved a Masters in Dental Implantology at Bristol and has been placing and restoring Straumann dental implants for well over a decade. Ben is a mentor for Straumann, regularly assisting in the implant training of other dentists. He is also an active member of the International Team for Implantology and Association of Dental Implantology. Ben has also received advanced training in the treatment of periodontal disease. Ben is now offering Fixed and removable anterior orthodontic treatment to his adult patients with the support of IAS Orthodontics (Clear smile, Clear aligners and Clear braces).

Dr. John O`Leary
Practice Principal and Partner

John qualified from Guy`s Hospital Dental School, University of London in 1999. In 2004, he became a member of the Dental Surgery faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons (England). He has worked in oral and maxiofacial surgery within the hospital system, and has been in private practice since 2003. John has a keen interest in orthodontics and issues of occlusion. He is a member of BSOS (British Society of Occlusal Studies). John is currently undertakeing his Diploma in Orthodontics. John treats mainly adult patients currently, but will be offering more comprehensive orthodontics going forward.

Dr Rita Gleasure
Dentist

Rita qualified from Dundee University in 1993 and has experience in both private and NHS practices throughout London. Rita has developed a keen interest in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and keeps up to date by attending numerous courses in the fields of Endodontics, Tooth Whitening and Ceramic Restorations.

Dr Magenta Merrony
Dentist with a special interest in Medical Facial Aesthetics

Maggie graduated from Cardiff University in 2018. Since then Maggie has worked locally in South-West London and Twickenham. She has developed her general dental practice with additional qualifications in Facial Aesthetics and we are now able to offer this treatment at the practice. She is Ofqual accredited in Facial Aesthetics with the Harley Academy, including advanced courses with the Dr BK training institute.

Julie Ford
Hygienist

Julie is a very gentle and caring hygienist. She trained at Guy`s Hospital, London and has been working at Church Road Dental Care Centre for over 20 years. Julie works 3 days a week: Tuesday to Thursday.

Amie Allen
Hygienist
(288943 National Diploma in Dental Nursing 2020 and BSc (Hons) Dental Hygiene 2023)
Amie is the newest member of our hygiene team but has worked at the practice previously from 2016 as a dental nurse. With the support of our practice she has qualified with honours in dental hygiene. We are proud to have her back at the practice working on Fridays.

Nadine Barry: Practice Manager
Nadine has lived local to the practice since childhood and knows the local area really well. She originally joined the practice as a dental nurse but progressed into management roles, and has now been Practice Manager at Church Road Dental Care Centre for well over a decade. Her communication and management skills are a real asset to the practice. In modern dental practice her duties are far reaching from Health and Safety to CQC compliance as well as accounting and audits. Nadine was instrumental in managing our return to practice during the recent pandemic. Most importantly for our patients she is a friendly face at reception and easily contacted by email or phone to answer any queries, and to coordinate their examinations, hygiene appointments and treatments.
