We offer Private Adult Dentist services in Teddington. Our team are happy to discuss individual fees with you and can produce a detailed estimate if treatment is carried out over several sessions. Our Booking and Cancellation Policy

REARRANGEMENT OF APPOINTMENTS BY THE PRACTICE:
Occasionally we may need to rearrange your appointment/s because of practitioner, staff or administrative issues at the practice. We have strong values at the practice and know this can be frustrating for patients. We therefore will endeavour to avoid re-scheduling appointments as much as possible. 

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
The practice has a cancellation policy. Why do we have one? Last minute cancellations to our clinics that are fully booked in advance, create wasted appointment slots. These cancellations are a major frustration to our patients as they reduce access for treatment and emergency care. The aim of our policy is in the interest of all patients to maximise the opportunities to book appointments as soon as possible and to avoid the financial burden for the practice, which is considerable and unsustainable. We want to encourage patients to cancel as early as possible. Therefore to book an appointment you will be required to pay a deposit and cancelling an appointment could lead to loss of a deposit or a late cancellation charge:

DEPOSITS:
To book some appointments, a deposit may be requested in advance. 
For any treatments of over 2 hours a deposit of up to 50% of the total cost of treatment may be requested.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT: 

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations:

Appointment cancellation or re-scheduling requested with at least 48 hours notice from your appointment start time will be cancelled or rebooked without a charge or loss of your deposit.

Less than 48 hours notice:

Any cancellations given with less than 48 hours noticed from your appointment start time, or in the case of patients that fail to attend an appointment without notice, or an exceptional circumstance, will be required to pay a late cancellation/failed to attend charge. The charges will be as follows:

• £30  - for appointments of 30 mins or less

• £60  - for appointments from 30-60 minutes
• £120  - for appointments over 1 hour

To clarify: Cancellation of a 10am appointment on Monday requires 48 hours notice. So this should be given over the phone before 10am the previous Thursday. 

Rebooking: this sum will need to be paid to the practice prior to any offer of rebooking an appointment.

Cancellation of online bookings:

If you need to cancel a booking made and paid online, we will require 48 working hours notice and any refunds will need to be made in person, not over the phone. Refunds of online payments will incur a £5 admin fee to cover third party booking charges. Alternatively the balance can be left on your account for future treatment.
